Coffee house chain Starbucks was founded in 1971 by Jerry Baldwin, Gordon Bowker, and Zev Siegl in Seattle, Washington, United States. After being sold to Howard Schultz, the company evolved into what it is today, generating $ 27.7 billion in annual revenue and valued at $ 108.36 billion.
